Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Water Eject & Speaker Cleaner mobile application (the "App") operated by Divya Hirpara ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides utility tools intended to assist with removing water and dust from device speakers using sound frequencies, as well as related audio tools such as speaker testing, tone generation, and noise level measurement.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it

2. No Guarantee of Results

The App uses sound-based techniques intended to assist with water and dust removal from device speakers. Results may vary depending on the device model, the amount of water or dust present, and other factors.

The App is provided as an assistive tool only. It is not a substitute for professional device repair. If your device has suffered significant water damage, we recommend consulting a qualified repair professional. We do not guarantee that the App will remove all water or dust from your device or restore audio quality in every case.

3. Advertisements

The App is free to use and is supported by third-party advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed within the App. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered through them.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding third-party content), is owned by us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR ITS SPEAKERS.

You use the App at your own risk and discretion.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
